Looking for Housing?
1. Peruse the website, using the links at left, to find a property or series of properties that fit your needs.
2. Call Mark at (740) 473-8686 to schedule an appointment with Mark to view any houses you're interested in.
-
Please find a time when ALL potential roommates can be present for a viewing so that we do not need to bother current tenants any more than necessary.
-
Please do not call this number after 9 pm.
3. Once you have decided on a house that you would like to rent, complete and submit an application.
-
-
If submitting applications online, please save the file in the following format: HouseAddress_LastNameOfChiefContact_First InitialofChiefContact. For example, I want to rent 18 Foster Place. My name is Tom Smith, but John Doe is my group's primary contact. I'll save my application as "18_DoeJ."
4. Once ALL applications for a house are received, we will call and check references, and then contact groups about scheduling an appointment to sign a lease.
-
Please be aware that our business requires that all of our houses rent. No person/group is "guaranteed" a house or property until a lease has been signed.
-
As such, it is imperative that your group move as quickly as possible if you would really like to rent a house.
-
A Sample lease can be viewed here.
5. Security deposits are due at the lease signing. Once deposits are secured and the lease is signed, the house is then formally reserved for your group.
-
All deposits are the equivalent of one month's rent. Checks should be made payable to "Greg Chapman."
