In an effort to best match up with OU's academic schedule and to best suit the needs of students, our leases for 2012-13 are 10 month, academic year leases. The lease term will begin August 18, 2012, two weeks prior to the start of classes, and end in May following OU's spring commencement. If tenants choose to return and renew their lease, the house will then be available to the group for summer 2013 at a greatly discounted rate.
